Job Role and Activities

Human Resources

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Writing employment contracts in line with the Qatar Labour Law
  • Ensuring that all staff have valid visas and Residence Permits
  • Assisting in relocation to and from Qatar
  • Employee development, training and appraisal reviews
  • Review of holiday, sick leave and other absence entitlements
  • Enhancing staff satisfaction by creating a healthy work environment and staff outings

Administration

  • Office licenses and insurance
  • Travel arrangements for partners and directors
  • Organising client events as part of Marketing Campaigns
  • Arranging workshops and presentations at international conferences
  • Purchase and maintaining of IT equipment and resources
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Reporting of sustainability KPIs
  • Ensuring health and safety practices

Accounting and Finance

  • Processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Maintaining correct cashbook and petty cash
  • Financial Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Financial Audit
  • Dealing with all bank related issues

Commercials

  • Contract management of service providers
  • Fee invoicing to and debt collection from clients
  • Overview of project costs and profit/loss analysis
